BROOK LODGE
Brook Lodge is a modern chalet located in the glorious Cotswolds just 2 ½ miles from Stow-on-the-Wold. Set adjacent to the pastures of the Daylesford Estate, famous for its locally reared organic lamb and beef, it benefits from beautiful open views. Sited in its own grounds the fully insulated, double glazed, chalet sleeps 4 people and has the advantage of private designated parking. Outside there is a secluded area with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal or drinks, whilst admiring the stunning scenery.

The bright lounge/diner has two sofas, colour TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs.
There are two separate twin bedrooms, each with bedside cabinet and wardrobe. All bedding is provided for your stay.
The popular tourist destinations of Burford, Stratford-upon-Avon,
Bourton-on-the-Water etc. are all within easy driving distance.
Brook Lodge caters for guests either wishing to explore the Cotswolds or those who would like to combine this with fishing our onsite Carp water, Atomic Chad Pool. Visit our website www.discoverycarp.com for further angling details.

DIRECTIONS
From Stow-on-the-Wold take the A436 signed Chipping Norton. Turn right onto the B4450 signed Bledington. Chad Lakes is about 1 ½ miles on the left.
From Chipping Norton take the B4450 signed Kingham. Carry on through Churchill and Bledington. Chad Lakes is about 2 miles on the right.
The chalet comprises a fully equipped fitted kitchen, including fridge/freezer and microwave.
The shower room consists of a wash basin, toilet and shower.
(Please bring your own towels).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on booking. Balance to be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival.
- Lettings start at 2pm on day of arrival and the chalet must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- Under no circumstances must the chalet be occupied by more people than stated on the booking form. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
- No dogs allowed.
- The chalet should be left in a clean and tidy condition and is inspected prior to departure. It is your responsibility to report and pay for any damage caused to the chalet or equipment.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any injury, loss, damage to persons, possessions or vehicles on the site known as Chad Lakes. All persons staying on, or visiting the site known as Chad Lakes, do so entirely at their own risk .
- In the event of any serious breach of the above conditions we reserve the right to terminate the holiday and ask the offenders to leave.
