The lake has been stocked with various strains of carp. Last year over 25 five different 40lb+ fish were
caught from the lake. With 3 of these fish being commons (the best at 50.8 lb) and a top weight mirror
carp at 58lbs you will have plenty of opportunity to catch the fish of a lifetime.
We are currently in to our 4th season and as such the fish are no longer native, however good catches are
still available to those prepared to put in a little effort. Most of the fish caught are now above 20lb
with the mean average size of fish last year being 32.10lb. Whilst the lake is not a '\runs'\ water big
catches are still made throughout the season.
We are able to offer secure on site parking, legal night fishing, English W.C and shower facilities,
complete with rural lodge, fully inclusive meal packages, luxury transport to and from the lake, and an
extensive supply of fishing baits. All the swims can be reached by car, parking being permitted at the
side of the swim.
