Rule breaking or any bad behaviour will bring instant expulsion without refund. The decision of the owners
being final in all cases.

Fishing may only be carried out from the designated swims on Track Bank and the Causeway. No fishing from the
Brook Bank. Home Bank is out of bounds with no access to Brook Bank.

|
|
Maximum of 3 rods at any one time.
|
|
|
No braided line, lead core or leaders of any kind.
|
|
|
No litter. Any angler found with litter in their swim whilst fishing or after they have left will be banned.
This is irrespective of whether the angler deposited the litter or not.

|
|
No unhooking mats, weigh slings, landing nets or sacks allowed onto the fishery. These will be supplied,
except sacks.
|
|
|
No cutting of trees, bushes or reeds or digging of banks. No fires or dogs.
|
|
|
No guests or spectators. Only paying guests allowed.
|
|
|
Fishing is carried out entirely at the anglers’ own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for any
accidents or damage that might occur whilst on the property.

|
|
The weights of all carp and capture details to be recorded in the logbook.
|
|
|
Toilet and shed must be kept clean and tidy.
|
|
|
Anglers must conduct themselves in a sportsman like manner, being polite and courteous to other anglers at all times.
|
|
|
Fishing commences at noon on day of arrival and the fishery must be vacated at 10am on day of departure.
|
|
|
All anglers must report to the shop at 11.30am on day of arrival. There will be no access to Home Pool prior
to this time. Anyone breaking this rule will not be allowed to fish. If you are unable to arrive at 11.30am
you must phone and let us know beforehand (01451 831470).

No vehicles to park unload/load beyond the troughs.

Shed with fridge, freezer, microwave, power points.
In Stow-on-the-Wold (about 2½ miles away) there is a Tesco store, petrol station, Chinese, fish and chip
shop plus Indian take-away.
